Ready For The Winter?
Our Tykes to Teens Consignment Sale will help you:
- Clear out your child's old winter clothing, furniture, toys, and books
- Earn a little extra cash for the upcoming winter
- Gear up for the winter with new-to-you clothing, furniture and more!
How it works:
- You sign up as a consignor and receive your code
- You tag your cleaned and organized items with a 3x5 index card as such:
- Name in upper left corner
- Donation or consignor code in lower left corner
- Size in upper right corner
- Price in lower right corner
- Details about your product in the middle
- Drop off your items (by appointment) at the loading dock at Nichols Expo between August 18-22
- Get first dibs shopping on August 24!
- We sell your stuff the last week in August to the public
- You pick up your "leftovers" or we donate them to The Children's Task Force for their Kids' Stuff Sale
- We send you a check for 60% of your sales totals within 2 weeks of the end of the sale

- Maternity Clothing and accessories
- Books for children only
- Toys that are clean, unbroken, have all the parts needed, and have fresh batteries
- Bikes and Trikes
- Play Centers
- Little Tykes play houses and kitchens
- Handheld games
- Board Games
- Game tables- Foozball, Ping pong ball, etc.
- Cars/trucks
- Dolls and accessories
- Skates
- MORE
- Themed/character stuffed animals only, limit 5 per consignor
- Baby/child equipment such as:
- Bouncer seats
- Cribs
- Bassinets/cradles
- Johhny Jumpers and stationary walkers
- Slings and backpacks
- Cloth diapers and accessories
- Pack and Plays
- Changing tables
- Swings
- High Chairs
- Gates
- Strollers
- Car seats less than 2 years old with ALL stickers attached, ALL instructions, booklets and buckles, and a signed affidavit stating the seat has not been recalled or in an accident
How To Sell Well:
- Be sure your items are CLEAN, no stains, tears, etc. We reserve the right to refuse any products not cleaned or stained.
- Put batteries in toys that require them so everyone can see how they work
- Tag clothing on the right shoulder and place on hangers (Wal-Mart sells children's hangers 12/$1)
- Put small/loose items in a Ziploc bag and tape the bag closed. Then PIN your card to the bag
- Only character/themed stuffed animals, please. Limit 5 per consignor
- Put cloth diapers in bundles and tag as a unit
- Fully wash all baby furniture- make it sparkle!
- Place clothing in order by size so we can hang them up quickly!
How To Tag
*Start with a 3x5 index card.
*On the upper left corner, write your consignor number (get one by calling 778-6700 and singing up as a consignor).
*On the lower right corner, write your price
*On the upper right corner- the size. Put a description in the middle.
*Put a D on the lower left corner if you want us to donate your unsold items at the end of the sale.
*Use a safety pin to pin the tags to the product. For shirts, pin to the left shoulder and place on a hanger. For pants, the left hip.
*For small or loose items, place in a ziploc bag and pin the tag to that.
*For books, tape the card inside the book cover.
